At Lotus Pharmacy & Kids Boutique, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary, and we strive to make that process as smooth as possible.
Returns
We gladly accept returns for defective products.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
For health and hygiene reasons, certain items such as medications and personal care products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.
If you received a defective product, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for products that are unopened, unused, and in original condition. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the return is approved and processed.
In the event that a tracking number indicates a package has been delivered (for example, marked as “delivered to mailbox” or simply “delivered”), but the customer reports they did not receive it, please note the following:
- Once a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for its retrieval.
- If you believe your package is missing despite the delivery confirmation, we kindly ask you to contact your local USPS office directly. They can assist in locating the delivery details or resolving any delivery issues.
