Akneroxid® 10 Gel is a topical acne treatment containing 10% benzoyl peroxide, indicated for the treatment of moderate acne vulgaris, particularly on the chest and back, or in cases that do not respond adequately to lower-strength (5%) benzoyl peroxide products. Benzoyl peroxide works by killing acne-causing bacteria, reducing inflammation, helping unclog pores, and promoting gentle exfoliation to reduce blackheads and pimples.

Indications

For the topical treatment of:

• Acne vulgaris
• Inflammatory pimples
• Blackheads (comedones)

Directions

Adults and adolescents:

• Cleanse and thoroughly dry the affected skin before application.
• Apply a thin layer to affected areas once or twice daily, depending on skin tolerance.
• For sensitive skin, begin with once daily, preferably in the evening.
• Wash hands after application.
• Typical treatment duration is 4–10 weeks.

Avoid excessive application, which may increase skin irritation.
