Alka-Seltzer Plus Night Severe Cold + Flu Honey Lemon Mix-In Packets provide multi-symptom nighttime relief from severe cold and flu symptoms. Simply dissolve one packet in hot water to create a soothing honey lemon-flavored drink that helps relieve cough, nasal congestion, fever, body aches, sore throat discomfort, runny nose, and sneezing while helping you rest through the night. 

Indications

Temporarily relieves:

Active Ingredients

Each packet contains:

• Acetaminophen 650 mg – Pain reliever / Fever reducer
• Dextromethorphan HBr 20 mg – Cough suppressant
• Doxylamine Succinate 12.5 mg – Antihistamine
• Phenylephrine HCl 10 mg – Nasal decongestant

Inactive Ingredients

• Acesulfame Potassium
• Anhydrous Citric Acid
• Compressible Sugar
• D&C Yellow No. 10

• Pregelatinized Starch
• Sodium Citrate

Directions

Adults and children 12 years and older:

• Dissolve contents of 1 packet into 8 oz (240 mL) of hot water.
• Sip while hot.
• Consume entire drink within 10–15 minutes.
• Follow package directions for dosing frequency.

Children under 12 years:

• Do not use.

Warnings

• May cause marked drowsiness.
• Do not use with other products containing acetaminophen.
• Avoid alcohol while using this product.
• Do not drive or operate machinery after use.
