• Larger areas: ~1 g per 10 cm², with 2–5 h exposure under occlusion if needed (for deeper anaesthesia).
• Genital skin: Shorter exposure times may be used (e.g., 15 min on male genital skin; 60 min on female genital skin) under medical guidance.
