BEPANTHEN® Antiseptische Wundcreme is a German pharmaceutical wound cream specially formulated for the antiseptic treatment of superficial wounds and prevention of wound infections. The dual-action formula combines Chlorhexidine, an effective antiseptic agent, with Dexpanthenol (Provitamin B5) to support natural skin regeneration and healing. It is ideal for minor cuts, scrapes, abrasions, scratches, and superficial skin injuries. The cream provides a pleasant cooling effect and absorbs quickly into the skin.

Active Ingredients (per 1 g)

• Dexpanthenol – 50 mg
• Chlorhexidine bis(D-gluconate) – 5 mg (0.5%)

Macrogol Stearate 1500, Glycerol Monostearate 40-55, Cetomacrogol 1000, Liquid Paraffin, Cetostearyl Alcohol, Dimethicone, Glycerol 85%, Hard Paraffin, Hydroxyethyl Cellulose, Purified Water.

Directions for Use

1. Carefully clean the wound and remove dirt particles.
2. Once the wound is no longer heavily oozing, apply a thin layer of cream.
3. Apply 1–2 times daily or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Warnings

• For external use only.
• Do not apply to eyes, inside the nose, ears, or on mucous membranes.
• Do not use in case of allergy to chlorhexidine or any ingredients.
• Discontinue use if irritation or hypersensitivity occurs.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage

Store at room temperature. No special storage conditions are required.

Shelf life after opening: 6 months.
