Directions

Arnicare Gel

• Apply a thin layer to the affected area as soon as possible after minor injury.
• Repeat up to 3 times daily or as needed.
• If using heat or ice, wait at least 5 minutes before applying the gel.

Arnica 30C Pellets

• At the onset of symptoms, dissolve 5 pellets under the tongue.
• Use 3 times daily until symptoms improve or as directed by a healthcare professional.
