Dosing / How to Use
• Place 1 filter bag in a cup or container.
• Pour about 100 ml (½ cup) of boiling water over the bag.
• Cover and steep for approximately 15 minutes, intermittently pressing on the bag.
• Squeeze out the bag, bring the infusion to volume with boiled water, and drink warm.
• Adults and children over 12 years: ½ cup (about 120 ml) 4 times per day before meals.
• Children 6–12 years: 2–3 tablespoons per dose.
• Children 3–5 years: 1–2 tablespoons per dose.
• Some preparations allow using 2 filter bags in one infusion taken 3 times daily if well tolerated.
• Typical course of use is 2–3 weeks, or as needed based on comfort.
