    Descripción

Collomack® Topical Solution 17.4% is a German topical medicine containing salicylic acid 174 mg/g (17.4%) for the removal of corns and calluses (thickened, hardened skin). It is intended for adults, adolescents, and children 1 year and older.

Salicylic acid has a keratolytic action, meaning it gradually softens and loosens excessive layers of hardened skin. This makes the thickened tissue easier to remove after treatment.

Important: The current German Collomack Topical 17.4% formulation is indicated for corns and calluses, not warts. This distinguishes it from some older/international Collomack formulations and other salicylic-acid wart products.

    Key Benefits & Indications

    • Treats corns (Hühneraugen)
    • Helps remove calluses (Hornschwielen)
    • Softens thick, hardened skin
    • Strong 17.4% salicylic acid formula
    • Keratolytic / exfoliating action
    • Helps loosen excessive layers of keratinized skin
    • Precise topical application
    • For adults, adolescents & children 1+
    • 10 mL bottle

    Active Ingredient

    Active Ingredient Strength
    Salicylic Acid 174 mg/g (17.4%)

Salicylic acid penetrates the hardened skin and progressively causes the thickened layers to soften and detach.

    Other Ingredients

    • Acetone
    • Copovidone
    • Ethylcellulose
    • Medium-Chain Triglycerides
    • Purified Water

    How to Use

Unless otherwise directed, apply Collomack Topical 1–2 times daily directly to the corn or callus.

Use the applicator/spatula to apply the solution to the affected area and allow it to dry.

Protect the surrounding healthy skin with petrolatum (Vaseline) or zinc paste if necessary.

Treatment for approximately 3–4 days is generally sufficient to soften a corn or callus so that the loosened hardened skin can be removed after a warm foot bath. Treatment may be repeated if necessary.
