Curaprox PCA 223 Plaquefinder Tablets are dental plaque-disclosing tablets designed to make plaque visible so users can identify areas that need more thorough brushing. After chewing, the tablets use a two-color system: older, more established plaque is stained blue, while newly formed plaque is stained red.
They are useful for improving brushing technique, monitoring oral hygiene, and helping both adults and children see where plaque remains after cleaning. The tablets have a pleasant fruit flavor and are erythrosine-free (E127-free).

Directions for Use
Chew 1 tablet for approximately 30 seconds and distribute the coloring throughout the mouth with the tongue.
Spit out the remaining saliva; do not intentionally swallow the tablet.
Examine the teeth in a mirror.
Blue areas indicate older plaque, while red areas indicate newly formed plaque.
Brush and clean the highlighted areas thoroughly until the staining is removed.
Use periodically to check brushing technique and identify commonly missed areas.
