DEQUONAL® Spray is a German antiseptic medicinal spray for use in the mouth and oral cavity. It contains two antiseptic active ingredients — dequalinium chloride and benzalkonium chloride — and is intended for temporary supportive treatment of inflammation of the oral mucosa and for temporary treatment of bad breath caused by microorganisms in the mouth.
The convenient pump spray allows the solution to be applied directly to affected areas of the mouth. DEQUONAL is sugar-free, gluten-free, and lactose-free.

Uses
DEQUONAL Spray is officially indicated for:
Temporary supportive treatment of inflammation of the oral mucosa
Stomatitis
Aphthous-type inflammatory mouth lesions
Temporary treatment of bad breath caused by microorganisms in the oral cavity
How to Use
Spray 3–5 sprays into the mouth every 2 hours.
Direct the spray toward the affected areas of the oral cavity and hold your breath while spraying.
Before First Use
Before using the spray for the first time — and after it has not been used for more than 3 days — press the pump 6 times to remove air from the pump system.
Do not use for prolonged periods without medical or dental advice. If symptoms are accompanied by fever or do not improve significantly within 3 days, seek medical evaluation.

Do not use DEQUONAL:
If allergic to dequalinium chloride, benzalkonium chloride, or another ingredient
On open wounds
In infants and children under 2 years of age
In patients with bronchial asthma or other respiratory conditions involving pronounced airway hypersensitivity without appropriate medical guidance
The levomenthol content can potentially trigger breathing difficulties or bronchospasm in susceptible individuals.
Avoid contact with the eyes.
Because the product contains 6% alcohol, individuals for whom alcohol-containing preparations are inappropriate should consult a healthcare professional before use.
After Opening
Use within 3 months after first opening and store at room temperature protected from excessive heat.
