Directions for Use
Take 2 capsules daily with a meal and sufficient liquid.
Ingredients
Silica, calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid/calcium carbonate, bovine gelatin, magnesium oxide, zinc gluconate, magnesium salts of fatty acids, iron oxides and iron hydroxides, copper gluconate, and biotin. Formulations/ingredient wording can vary slightly by market, so the package label should take precedence.
This product is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. Because the recommended daily serving already provides 5 mg of zinc, the manufacturer advises against taking additional zinc-containing supplements when supplemental zinc intake is 3.5 mg/day or more.
Biotin may interfere with certain laboratory tests and produce misleading results. Tell your physician or laboratory personnel that you are taking a biotin-containing supplement before blood testing.
Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Dietary supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
