How It Works

The test detects THC-COOH, the primary metabolite of THC, in urine. When the concentration reaches or exceeds 50 ng/mL, the test produces a preliminary positive result. Drug screening tests are considered preliminary and positive results should be confirmed using laboratory methods such as GC-MS or LC-MS/MS.

Directions

1. Collect a urine sample in a clean container.
2. Remove the test device from its sealed pouch.
3. Follow the package instructions for dipping or sample application.
4. Lay the test on a flat surface.
5. Read results within the timeframe specified by the manufacturer.

Do not interpret results after the maximum reading time indicated in the instructions.

Result Interpretation

Negative: Two lines appear (even if one line is faint).

Positive: One control line appears and no test line appears.

Invalid: No control line appears. Repeat testing with a new device.
