Dynexan Oral Gel is a German topical oral pain-relief medicine containing lidocaine hydrochloride monohydrate equivalent to 20 mg/g lidocaine hydrochloride. It is intended for the temporary symptomatic relief of pain affecting the oral mucosa, gums, and lips, including discomfort associated with canker sores, pressure points from dentures or braces, minor mouth injuries, inflammation, and teething-related discomfort.
The gel is applied directly to the painful area, where lidocaine acts as a local anesthetic to reduce sensitivity and provide localized pain relief. Dynexan is available without a prescription in Germany and is manufactured by Chemische Fabrik Kreussler & Co. GmbH.

Directions for Use
Apply a pea-sized amount directly to the painful area of the mouth and gently massage it in when possible.
Adults: Apply approximately 4 to 8 times daily as needed.
Infants and young children: Apply a pea-sized amount up to 4 times daily.
For improved adhesion, gently dry the affected area with a clean cloth or cotton swab before application.
A cotton swab may be used to reach difficult areas of the mouth, such as under the tongue.
Use only as directed in the package leaflet or by a healthcare professional.
Avoid exceeding the recommended frequency of application. If pain is severe, persistent, recurrent, or associated with significant swelling or other concerning symptoms, consult a doctor, dentist, or pharmacist.
