Why Use Dental Floss?

Amine Fluoride

This dental floss is treated with amine fluoride, making it a useful complement to an everyday fluoride oral-care routine. The primary benefit of flossing, however, comes from the mechanical removal of plaque and debris between teeth.

Directions for Use

Use daily, preferably as part of your regular brushing and interdental-care routine.

1. Cut off approximately 40–50 cm (16–20 inches) of floss.
2. Wrap the ends around the middle fingers of both hands.
3. Gently guide the floss between two teeth using a controlled back-and-forth motion.
4. Curve the floss around the side of each tooth.
5. Move it gently up and down along the tooth surface and just below the gumline.
6. Use a clean section of floss for each interdental space.

Avoid snapping or forcing the floss into the gums.
