Lefax Extra Lemon Fresh is a German digestive relief product containing simethicone 125 mg per sachet. It is used for the symptomatic relief of gas-related gastrointestinal discomfort such as bloating, trapped gas, abdominal pressure, fullness, and gas-related cramps. The micro-granules dissolve directly on the tongue and can be taken without water.
Simethicone works physically in the gastrointestinal tract by reducing the surface tension of gas bubbles, helping them break apart so trapped gas can be released more easily. It is not absorbed into the bloodstream.

Directions for Use
Use according to the package instructions or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Adults and adolescents 14 years and older: Take 1–2 sachets per dose, up to a total of 6 sachets daily.
Children 6–14 years: Take 1 sachet per dose, up to a total of 3 sachets daily.
Take with or after meals and, if needed, before bedtime.
Pour the granules directly onto the tongue, allow them to dissolve in saliva, and swallow. Water may be taken afterward if desired.
The product is intended for short-term use and should not be used for more than 30 days without consulting a doctor.
Not suitable for children under 6 years in this strength.
