Schnupfen Endrine 0.1% Nasal Spray is a German decongestant nasal medicine containing xylometazoline hydrochloride 1 mg/mL. It is used to reduce swelling of the nasal mucosa in common colds, vasomotor rhinitis, and allergic rhinitis.
Xylometazoline works by constricting blood vessels in the nasal lining, helping open blocked nasal passages and improve airflow. The formula also contains eucalyptus oil and levomenthol for a refreshing sensation.

Directions for Use
For school-age children and adults: use 1 spray into each nostril up to 3 times daily as needed.
Blow the nose gently before use.
Before first use, pump several times until an even spray mist appears.
Insert the nozzle into the nostril and spray while breathing in gently.
Do not use for longer than 7 consecutive days unless directed by a healthcare professional.
After a treatment course, allow a break of several days before using again.
Prolonged or excessive use may cause rebound nasal congestion.
Do not use if you have rhinitis sicca or if allergic to xylometazoline, eucalyptus oil, levomenthol, or any other ingredient. Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding only after consultation with a healthcare professional.
