Ingredients

• 1 Sinus Rinse squeeze bottle

Directions

1. Wash hands thoroughly.
2. Fill the bottle with distilled, sterile, or previously boiled and cooled water to the indicated line.
3. Add one saline packet and cap the bottle.
4. Gently shake until dissolved.
5. Lean over a sink and insert the nozzle into one nostril.
6. Gently squeeze the bottle, allowing the solution to flow through the nasal passages and exit through the opposite nostril.
7. Repeat on the other side.
8. Clean and air-dry the bottle after each use.
