Warnings

• Do not use in patients with a history of metamizole-induced agranulocytosis, bone marrow disorders, or severe blood cell abnormalities.
• Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have liver or kidney disease, asthma, low blood pressure, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Rare but serious blood disorders, including agranulocytosis, have been reported. Stop taking the medication and seek immediate medical attention if fever, sore throat, mouth ulcers, or signs of infection occur.
• Possible side effects include drowsiness, dizziness, nausea, allergic reactions, or low blood pressure.
• Avoid alcohol while taking this medication, as it may enhance the sedative effects.
• Use caution when driving or operating machinery until you know how the medication affects you.
