Description

Septanasal® is a combination nasal spray containing Xylometazoline Hydrochloride 1 mg/mL (0.1%) and Dexpanthenol 50 mg/mL (5%). It provides fast relief from nasal congestion while simultaneously helping to protect and support the healing of irritated nasal mucosa. The dual-action formula is commonly used for colds, rhinitis, nasal irritation, and recovery after nasal procedures.

Active Ingredients

• Xylometazoline Hydrochloride 1 mg/mL (0.1%) – Nasal Decongestant
• Dexpanthenol 50 mg/mL (5%) – Mucosal Protectant and Moisturizer

Indications

Used for:

Directions

Adults and Adolescents Over 12 Years

• Spray 1 spray into each nostril up to 3 times daily as needed.
• Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
• Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Warnings

• For nasal use only.
• Do not use if you have rhinitis sicca (dry crusting inflammation of the nose).
• Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have:
  • High blood pressure
  • Heart disease
  • Glaucoma
  • Diabetes
  • Thyroid disorders
  • Enlarged prostate
• Overuse may cause rebound congestion.
• Keep out of reach of children.
