Directions for Use

• Adults and adolescents 12 years and older: Take 5–10 g once daily, equivalent to 1–2 measuring spoons.
• Take preferably in the evening after a meal, but not immediately before bedtime.
• Swallow the granules with plenty of liquid, for example approximately 250 mL of water.
• Take in an upright position.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
• Use only for short-term treatment of constipation.
• If symptoms do not improve within 3 days, or worsen, consult a healthcare professional.
• Do not use in children under 12 years.
• After opening, keep the container tightly closed and use within 6 months.

Adequate fluid intake is especially important when taking psyllium-containing products.
