Indications

Directions

Adults and children 12 years and older:

• Take 2 capsules at bedtime.
• Do not take more than 2 capsules in 24 hours.

Children under 12 years:

• Do not use.
• Take with a full glass of water.
• Do not take longer than 10 consecutive nights unless directed by a healthcare professional.

Warnings

• May cause marked drowsiness.
• Do not drive, operate machinery, or consume alcohol while using this product.
• Do not use with any other product containing diphenhydramine.
• Do not use if you have ever had an allergic reaction to ibuprofen, aspirin, or other NSAIDs.
