Purpose: Used for relief from irritability, mild anxiety, and sleep disturbances linked to physical or mental fatigue; also effective in managing nervous tension and menopausal neurotic symptoms.
Usage Details:
Adults: Take 20–30 drops once or twice daily, diluted in water or placed on a sugar cube.
Children (12+ years): Take a number of drops equal to their age, once daily.
