Description

Aleve® Liquid Gels contain naproxen sodium 220 mg in a fast-dissolving liquid-filled capsule designed to provide rapid absorption and long-lasting pain relief. Each liquid gel offers up to 12 hours of relief from minor aches and pains and helps reduce fever. The liquid-filled formulation may be preferred by individuals who want a soft gel capsule rather than a traditional tablet or caplet.

Indications

Temporarily relieves:

• Minor arthritis pain

Directions

Adults and children 12 years and older:

• Take 1 capsule every 8–12 hours while symptoms last.
• For the first dose, you may take 2 capsules within the first hour.
• Do not exceed 2 capsules in any 8–12 hour period.
• Do not exceed 3 capsules in 24 hours.

Children under 12 years:

• Consult a healthcare professional before use.

Warnings

• Contains an NSAID (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug).
• May increase the risk of stomach bleeding.
• Do not use if you have had an allergic reaction to aspirin or other NSAIDs.
• Ask a healthcare professional before use if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, kidney disease, stomach ulcers, or are taking blood thinners.
