Bepanthen® Meerwasser Nasal Spray is an isotonic seawater-based nasal spray enriched with dexpanthenol (provitamin B5), designed to moisten, cleanse, and soothe the nasal mucosa. It does not contain decongestants, making it suitable for gentle, frequent use.

The spray helps relieve nasal dryness, irritation, and crusting, which may occur during colds, allergies, or exposure to dry indoor air. Dexpanthenol forms a thin moisturizing film that supports mucosal regeneration and helps protect against further irritation.

The formula is free from colorants, fragrances, and preservatives, and is well tolerated, including by infants and young children.
