Tea helps to increase the amount of breast milk in nursing women and has a beneficial effect on colic in infants.
Ingredients: Fr. Anethi (fennel fruit), Fr. Anisi (anise fruit), Fr. Foeniculi (fennel fruit), Sem. Foenu graeci (fenugreek seeds).
Preparation: 1 teaspoon of the mixture is infused for 10-15 minutes in 250 ml. water, strain and drink 20-30 minutes before breastfeeding. When taken, the tea should be at room temperature or pleasantly warm.
