Supports respiratory health by promoting expectoration and calming the throat.
Directions:To prepare drink, use 2 tbsp of herbs for 1 cup of boiling water. Let it steep for 1 hour, then drain it and take 1/3 cup 2 times daily 20-30 minutes before meals. Store in a cool, dry place.
Does not contain: gluten, yeast, sugar, starch, any coloring, flavors/preservatives or caffeine

As for the product: I’ve been taking Vertigoheel for occasional dizziness and it really seems to help reduce the episodes. The tablets dissolve under the tongue and are easy to take. I haven’t noticed any side effects.
