Directions for Use

Preparation

1. Open one vial containing the lyophilized powder.
2. Open one supplied solvent ampoule.
3. Using a sterile syringe, withdraw the entire contents of the solvent ampoule.
4. Inject the solvent into the vial containing the powder.
5. Gently swirl until the powder is completely dissolved and a clear red solution is obtained.
6. Withdraw the prepared solution into the syringe for administration.

Administration

• Administer by deep intramuscular (IM) injection.
