Detralex is a venotonic and vascular-protective medication used to improve venous circulation and reduce symptoms of chronic venous insufficiency. Detralex strengthens vein tone, improves microcirculation, and supports lymphatic drainage.

Active Ingredients (per tablet):

• Diosmin – 450 mg

• Hesperidin – 50 mg

Dosage:

• Venous insufficiency / varicose veins:
  2 tablets daily with meals (1 tablet at lunch, 1 tablet at dinner)

• Acute hemorrhoids:
  Days 1–4: 6 tablets daily
  Days 5–7: 4 tablets daily
  Then continue with 2 tablets daily
