Directions

Adults 18 Years and Older

Lower Body Joints (knees, ankles, feet):

• Apply 4 grams to the affected joint 4 times daily.
• Do not exceed 16 grams per joint per day.

Upper Body Joints (hands, wrists, elbows):

• Apply 2 grams to the affected joint 4 times daily.
• Do not exceed 8 grams per joint per day.

Maximum total daily dose:

• Do not exceed 32 grams per day over all affected joints.
• Use the dosing card provided.
• Wash hands after application unless treating the hands.
• Allow the gel to dry before covering the area.

Warnings

• For external use only.
• Do not apply to damaged, infected, or irritated skin.
• Avoid contact with eyes, nose, mouth, and mucous membranes.
• Do not use with heating pads or occlusive bandages.
• Avoid excessive sunlight on treated areas.
• Stop use and consult a healthcare professional if symptoms worsen or persist.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• If swallowed, seek medical assistance immediately.
