Enterol® / Perenterol® Forte is a probiotic medicinal yeast preparation designed to support digestive health by restoring the natural balance of intestinal flora. Each capsule contains a precise dose of Saccharomyces boulardii CNCM I-745, a clinically studied probiotic yeast known for its ability to help manage and prevent diarrhea and support gut integrity.

Because it works locally in the intestines and is not affected by antibiotics, Enterol® / Perenterol® is commonly used during or after antibiotic therapy, as well as in acute and travel-related gastrointestinal disturbances.

Indications for Use:

How to Use:

Capsules should be swallowed whole with water.

If swallowing is difficult, the capsule may be opened and the contents mixed with water or a non-hot, non-alcoholic drink.

Adults and adolescents:
• 1–2 capsules once or twice daily, depending on severity

Children (from 2 years):
• Usually 1 capsule once or twice daily

Drink plenty of fluids during diarrhea to prevent dehydration.

Contraindications & Precautions:

Do not use in individuals with severe immune suppression or with a central venous catheter due to the risk of fungal bloodstream infection. Avoid use in case of allergy to yeasts or Saccharomyces boulardii. Not recommended for children under 2 years without medical supervision.

Do not mix with alcohol or hot beverages, as heat can inactivate the yeast. Side effects are rare but may include mild bloating or allergic reactions.
