Foster & Thrive Calamine Lotion is a topical skin protectant formulated with Calamine 8% and Zinc Oxide 8% to help relieve itching and discomfort associated with poison ivy, poison oak, poison sumac, insect bites, and minor skin irritations. The soothing lotion helps dry oozing and weeping skin while providing protective relief for irritated areas.

Indications

Temporarily relieves:

• Itching associated with poison ivy, poison oak, and poison sumac
• Insect bites and minor skin irritations
• Mild rashes
• Minor skin discomfort
• Oozing and weeping skin caused by allergic plant reactions

Helps soothe irritated skin while promoting comfort.

Directions

Adults and children 2 years and older:

• Shake well before use.
• Cleanse affected skin with soap and water and allow to dry.
• Apply to the affected area using cotton or a soft cloth.
• Use 3–4 times daily as needed for comfort.

Children under 2 years:

• Consult a healthcare professional before use.

Warnings

• For external use only.
• Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
• Do not use on large areas of the body unless directed by a healthcare professional.
• Stop use and consult a healthcare professional if symptoms worsen or persist for more than 7 days.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• If swallowed, contact a Poison Control Center immediately.
