How to Use:

• Spit out after rinsing; do not swallow.
• Continue use for the duration recommended of a healthcare professional, usually 5–10 days for symptomatic relief.

For local application without dilution (as an antiseptic gargle): use 5 ml (1 teaspoon) directly in the mouth and rinse 30–60 seconds, 1–2 times daily, if advised.

Use only as directed. Avoid rinsing immediately after eating or beverage consumption for optimal effect.
