Description
Pangrol is a premium German pancreatin enzyme medicine by Berlin-Chemie, designed to replace lipase, amylase, and protease when the pancreas does not produce enough digestive enzymes. It is especially used for exocrine pancreatic insufficiency, chronic pancreatitis, post-pancreas surgery support, cystic fibrosis-related maldigestion, and difficult fatty meals. The capsules contain acid-resistant mini-pellets that mix with food in the stomach and release in the small intestine for more effective digestion.
