Polidexa® with Phenylephrine is a combination nasal spray formulated for the local treatment of bacterial nasal and sinus infections accompanied by inflammation and congestion. It combines two antibiotics, a corticosteroid, and a vasoconstrictor, providing targeted antimicrobial action, anti-inflammatory relief, and reduction of nasal swelling.

The spray acts locally in the nasal cavity, helping restore nasal breathing and reduce symptoms when bacterial infection is suspected.
