Description:
Septanasal is a nasal spray that combines a decongestant with a soothing herbal component to relieve nasal congestion and support nasal mucosa healing.

Active Ingredients (per 1 ml):

• Xylometazoline hydrochloride 1 mg – provides quick and effective relief from nasal congestion by narrowing blood vessels in the nasal passages.

• Dexpanthenol 50 mg – supports the healing and regeneration of irritated nasal mucosa.

Uses:

• Relief of nasal congestion due to colds, rhinitis, or sinusitis

• Supports mucosal healing in cases of nasal irritation or dryness

Form:

Dosage (general):

• 1 spray into each nostril, up to 3 times daily (not more often than every 8 hours)
