Tergynan Flora is a combination vaginal medication formulated to provide broad-spectrum action against bacterial, fungal, and protozoal infections. It is commonly used for mixed vaginal infections accompanied by inflammation, itching, and discomfort, offering targeted local therapy and symptom relief.
The multi-component formula allows simultaneous action against different pathogens while helping reduce inflammation and irritation of the vaginal mucosa.
Active Ingredients:
• Metronidazole – active against anaerobic bacteria and protozoa
• Neomycin Sulfate – broad-spectrum antibacterial agent
• Nystatin – antifungal agent effective against Candida species
