✅ Indications (Uses)

Thiogamma 600 is mainly used for:

• Diabetic polyneuropathy (nerve damage caused by diabetes, leading to pain, burning, tingling, or numbness in the legs/feet).

💡 Typical Dosage

• Adults: 1 tablet (600 mg) once daily, taken on an empty stomach (about 30 minutes before breakfast), with plenty of water.

• Tablets should be swallowed whole, not chewed.

⚠️ Contraindications / Warnings

• Allergy to alpha-lipoic acid or tablet ingredients.

• Not recommended for children or adolescents (safety not established).
