Tylenol® PM Extra Strength combines a pain reliever and nighttime sleep aid in one convenient caplet. Each caplet contains 500 mg of acetaminophen to relieve minor aches and pains and 25 mg of diphenhydramine HCl to help you fall asleep and stay asleep. It is designed for temporary relief of nighttime pain accompanied by sleeplessness.

Directions
Adults and children 12 years and older:
Take 2 caplets at bedtime.
Do not take more than 2 caplets in 24 hours.
Children under 12 years:
Do not use.
Take only as directed.
Warnings
Contains acetaminophen.
Severe liver damage may occur if more than the recommended dose is taken.
Do not use with other products containing acetaminophen.
Use only as directed. This product is intended for temporary relief of occasional nighttime aches, pains, and sleeplessness. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Consult a healthcare professional if symptoms persist or worsen.
The package arrived very quickly and it was the real deal. There is a NIH paper that they collected many cerberoprotein products that are sold as Cerebrolysin and only the original boosted the brain BDNF. I had previously bought Cererbrolycin from Kimera that is usually a good source of research products, but the color was dark and it caused post injection pain, i.e., it was not the real deal. This one is, although it is made in Austria and not Russia.
I ordered the pills and received a small gift, which is very nice.

Great supplement! I use it several months, no side effects, it helping well with diarrhea, taking it two times a day with food. It is my saver until gastroenterologist trying to find the reason of my issue.
