Directions
Twist the roller to the "ON" position.
Gently squeeze the tube and apply a thin layer to the affected area.
Twist the roller to the "OFF" position and continue massaging as needed.
Apply 3 times daily or as needed.
If using heat or ice therapy, wait at least 5 minutes before applying the gel.
