BRONLES 375 mg capsules, hard (called BRONLES in this leaflet) contains a medicine called carbocisteine. It belongs to a group of medicines called “mucolytics”. It works by making mucus (sputum) less sticky. This makes it easier to cough up the mucus. BRONLES is used for problems with the airways. These problems occur when too much mucus is produced or it is too sticky.
This product is very well known in Europe, and I tried it before. It's useful if you have small stones or sand in your kidneys. I just star ted to use it.

It works well but needs higher dosages to be efficient, which means too expensive and causes more pain from bigger amount of injection. Still worth it since there are no alternatives
