Detralex film-coated tablets are a vasoprotective drug. They inhibit the dilation of veins and increase capillary resistance.
It is recommended for the treatment of chronic venous insufficiency of the lower extremities in the following cases: feeling of heaviness in the legs, tension, pain, nocturnal calf cramps. It is also suitable for the treatment of acute hemorrhoidal crisis.
It works well but needs higher dosages to be efficient, which means too expensive and causes more pain from bigger amount of injection. Still worth it since there are no alternatives
