Dexoket 25 mg Granules

• Active ingredient: Dexketoprofen trometamol, equivalent to 25 mg dexketoprofen. 

• Form: Oral granules (“powder in sachets”) for preparing a drink.

•   Pack size: Usually comes in a box of 10 sachets. 

💡 Uses & Indications

Dexoket is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). The granule form is used for short-term relief of mild to moderate pain, such as:

• muscle or joint pain 

• toothache 

• menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) 

🕒 Dosage & How to Use

• The usual dose is 1 sachet (25 mg) every 8 hours. 

• Maximum is 3 sachets per day (i.e. 75 mg/day) unless a doctor prescribes otherwise. 

• Dissolve the entire contents of one sachet in a glass of water and drink immediately. 

• If symptoms persist beyond 3-4 days or worsen, consult a healthcare provider. 

⚠️ Contraindications & Safety

You should not use Dexoket granules if:

• you’re allergic or hypersensitive to dexketoprofen, ketoprofen, or any NSAIDs. 

• you have had asthma attacks, nasal polyps, hives, or other allergic reactions to aspirin or other NSAIDs. 

• you suffer from peptic ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, or serious kidney or liver disease. 

• pregnancy or breastfeeding (especially in the last trimester) — Dexoket is contraindicated in such cases.
