Directions for Use
Use daily, preferably as part of your regular brushing and interdental-care routine.
Cut off approximately 40–50 cm (16–20 inches) of floss.
Wrap the ends around the middle fingers of both hands.
Gently guide the floss between two teeth using a controlled back-and-forth motion.
Curve the floss around the side of each tooth.
Move it gently up and down along the tooth surface and just below the gumline.
Use a clean section of floss for each interdental space.
Avoid snapping or forcing the floss into the gums.
