Espumisan L is a gentle anti-foaming oral solution used to relieve gas-related digestive discomfort in infants, children, and adults. It contains simethicone, which works physically (not chemically) by breaking down gas bubbles in the gastrointestinal tract, making them easier to eliminate naturally. Espumisan L is well tolerated and does not get absorbed into the body.

It is commonly used for bloating, flatulence, infant colic, and to prepare the digestive tract for certain diagnostic procedures.

How to Use

• Infants (from 1 month): 10 drops per feeding or before breastfeeding

• Children 1–6 years: 10 drops, 3–5 times daily

• Adults and adolescents (14+): 20 drops, 3–5 times daily

Drops may be mixed with water, milk, or infant formula. Shake well before use.
