Dosing / How to Use
Add approximately 1–2 teaspoons (about 2–4 g) of the dried herb to a cup of boiling water.
Cover and steep for 5–15 minutes, then strain.
Drink 1/2 cup (about 120 ml) 2–3 times daily for supportive comfort.
