Fibrex Tablets are a German combination pain-relief medicine containing acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin) 300 mg and paracetamol 200 mg per tablet. They are intended for the short-term treatment of acute mild to moderate pain in adults and, under medical direction, adolescents 12 years and older weighing at least 43 kg.
The combination provides analgesic and fever-reducing effects. Fibrex is supplied in a pack of 20 tablets and is manufactured by BERLIN-CHEMIE AG in Germany.

Directions for Use
Use exactly as directed in the package leaflet or by a healthcare professional.
Adults and adolescents 12 years and older weighing at least 43 kg: Take 1 tablet per dose.
Leave at least 6 hours between doses.
Do not exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours.
Swallow the tablet whole with sufficient liquid, such as a glass of water.
Do not take on an empty stomach.
Do not use for longer than 3 days without consulting a doctor or dentist.
Adolescents 12 years and older should use Fibrex only according to medical instructions.
Do not combine with other medicines containing aspirin or paracetamol unless advised by a healthcare professional. Fibrex is not suitable for children under 12 years or individuals weighing less than 43 kg.
