Floxadex Eye & Ear Drops (Флоксадекс капли)

Floxadex is a combination antibacterial and anti-inflammatory preparation containing ciprofloxacin and dexamethasone, designed to treat bacterial infections of the eye and ear. This dual-action formula helps eliminate infection-causing bacteria while simultaneously reducing inflammation, redness, swelling, and discomfort.

Ciprofloxacin is a broad-spectrum quinolone anti-infective effective against many microorganisms that infect the eyes and ears. Dexamethasone is a corticosteroid that helps control inflammatory reactions associated with infection, improving comfort and supporting recovery.

The drops are suitable for use in both adults and children, when used as directed. Shake well before each use to ensure proper mixing of the active ingredients.

How to Use:

Eye infections:

• Adults and children over 1 year:
  Instill 1–2 drops into the affected eye(s) every 4 hours.
  In severe infections, 2 drops every hour may be used initially.
  After improvement, reduce dose and frequency as advised by a healthcare professional.
  Continue treatment for at least 2 additional days after improvement or as directed.

Ear infections:

• Adults and children over 6 months:
  Instill 4 drops into the affected ear 3 times daily for 7 days.
