Directions

Adults and children 12 years and older:

• Take 1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime.
• Take once daily or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Children under 12 years:

• Do not use unless directed by a healthcare professional.

Warnings

• May cause marked drowsiness.
• Do not drive, operate machinery, or engage in activities requiring alertness after taking this product.
• Avoid alcohol while using this product.
• Ask a healthcare professional before use if you have:
  • Glaucoma
  • Breathing problems such as asthma, emphysema, or chronic bronchitis
  • Difficulty urinating due to enlarged prostate
