NYDA Express is a German medical device for the physical treatment of head lice (Pediculosis capitis). Its dimeticone-based formula penetrates the respiratory system of lice, larvae, and eggs, displacing oxygen and physically suffocating them rather than acting as a conventional insecticide. When used correctly, it targets adult lice, larvae, and nits/eggs.
The product is supplied as a 50 mL pump solution and is suitable for all age groups according to the manufacturer instructions. It may also be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Directions for Use
Apply NYDA Express to dry hair, starting at the roots.
Spray thoroughly, paying particular attention to the scalp, behind the ears, and areas where lice and nits are commonly found.
Massage through the hair until it is completely saturated.
Leave on for at least 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, comb the hair carefully with a lice/nit comb, working from the scalp toward the ends.
Wash the hair afterward with regular shampoo. A second shampooing may be needed to remove remaining oily residue.
Perform a follow-up check after 9 days ± 24 hours. If live lice are found, repeat the treatment.
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and nasal mucous membranes. Keep away from flames, heat, and ignition sources because some ingredients are flammable.
