• Alcoholic extract of Lespedeza capitata (a medicinal plant)

📌 Indications

Lespefril is used in nephrology as a herbal diuretic and metabolic regulator. It is prescribed for:

• Chronic kidney disease (CKD) of mild to moderate severity

• Chronic renal failure (to reduce azotemia, hyperazotemia)

• Edema associated with impaired kidney function

• As part of supportive therapy for patients with reduced renal clearance
